DESCRIPTION:The College Tech Challenge & Hiring Fair connects skilled computer science & engineering students from local colleges to CT companies in search of this type of talent. The programs include qualifying competitions and a combined final competition plus hiring fair\, attracting over 40 local companies seeking to hire.\n\n\n\nOur College Tech Challenge is bigger than ever this year\, featuring a virtual coding preliminary round\, in-person engineering prelims\, and a culminating final and hiring fair\, featuring 40 of Connecticut's tech and tech-enabled companies seeking top talent\, on-going interviews\, workshops\, and more!\n\n\n\nMark your calendars - the College Tech Challenge Final & Hiring Fair will take place:\n\n\n\nNovember 16\, 2017\n\n9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.\n\nDoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bristol\n\n42 Century Drive\, Bristol\, Connecticut 06010\n\n\n\nHiring Fair portion will be open to the public from 1:00 p.m. to the close of the event at 4:00 p.m.\n\n\n\nThe coding portion of the College Tech Challenge kicked off on September 9. Students and alumni from participating schools can sign up using this form to compete in the preliminary round of the College Tech Challenge. Don't see your school? Click here to send us an email and ask to be added!\n\n\n\nWe will be reaching out to potential competitors via the participating Connecticut colleges and universities for on-site engineering challenges\, so keep your eyes out. Once again\, if you feel your college or university (or your student's!) should be included\, don't hesitate to send us an email.\n\n\n\nEngineering students can register to compete below\, as well! This portion of the competition is restricted to metriculated students of participating colleges and universities\, and the preliminary rounds will take place on campuses throughout September\, October\, and the beginning of November. The final competition will happen on November 16 live at the Hiring Fair.
